Australia. The judges' annotations for every title
provide sufficient information to make sensible
choices for your school.

Issued five times per year, this journal provides

Winners
The Children's Book Council
of Australia awards are for Australian books and
Australian authors only. Awards are presented in
five categories: Older Readers, Younger Readers,
Picture Books, Early Childhood [new in 2001] and
Information Books.
